1. Our Policy on Returns and Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. We highly recommend that you double-check your order, including size, color, and finish, before completing your purchase.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering one of the following:

  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.
  • Store Credit: If a replacement is not available, we may offer a store credit for the value of the product.
  • Refund: In certain cases, we may issue a full refund for the product, provided that the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.

To request a return or refund for a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged item.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item (if necessary) and offer a resolution.

3. Custom Orders

All customized or personalized items (such as latex garments with specific sizing, colors, or finishes) are non-refundable and non-returnable. We encourage you to carefully review your customization choices before placing an order.

If there is an issue with a custom order (such as a defect or error in the customization), please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.


4. Non-Defective Products

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Please be sure to check your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size and color selections.


5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund for a defective or damaged item, please contact us at:

Provide the following information in your request:

  • Your order number and email address(which you used to place the order)
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item (if applicable)

We will respond within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed with the return or refund.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: In cases of defective or damaged products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. 
  • Non-Defective Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-defective items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not cover the costs of shipping for items returned that are not defective.


7. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or issue a store credit. Please note:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Store Credits can be used for future purchases on KinkFox.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the item and place a new order.


9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to cancel your order as it may have already been processed or shipped.


10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page, with the updated date listed at the top.
