1. Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure you receive your order in the best time frame possible. The shipping options available will be shown during checkout based on your location.

  • Standard Shipping: A cost-effective option for delivery within a standard timeframe.
  • Express Shipping: A faster option for those who need their order delivered quickly.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight of your order, and delivery location.


2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose and the destination of the order. Typical delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Orders:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International Orders:

    • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days (may vary depending on the country)
    • Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the delivery destination. You’ll be able to review the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please note:

  • For non made-to-measure catsuits, production takes approximately 40  business days.

  • For made-to-measure catsuits, production may take up to 48 business days.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order handling before your item is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.


5. International Orders

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.
  • Customs Delays: Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for international orders.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any additional fees or regulations.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in ensuring that your order arrives safely, sometimes accidents happen during shipping. If your order is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Lost Package: If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it.
  • Damaged Package: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

We recommend checking the condition of your package upon delivery and taking photos of any visible damage for reference.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice any errors in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update the details before shipment.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after your order has been shipped.
